Reaction vessel is the heart of the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. We manufacture reaction vessels ranging capacity from 100 to 20,000 liters in material of construction stainless steel, Mild Steel & Rubber lined depending on the requirement of the material to be processed, and we offers well designed & engineered in accordance of ASME / IS / API Code with optimum solutions to suits the customer requirements for application. There are various types of reaction vessel like JACKETED, LIMPET COIL, AUTOCLAVE ,BODY FLANGE or WELDED Types, TOP DISH type etc. Reactants may be pumped into the vessel through pipes attached to inlet nozzles, Also we provide connections as per customer's requirement.

In Jacketed reactor, a jacket is welded on the shell to provide steam, thermic fluid circulation etc. This jacket can be made of Mild steel or Stainless steel as per the application of the user. The design of jacket can be of two type .i.e. Single stage or Double stage. A stiffener is welded on shell to withstand the pressure developed in the jacket and it also helps in proper distribution of steam and oil.

In limpet coil reactor, half pipe is welded on shell to provide steam, thermic fluid circulation etc. we provide coil inside or outside of vessel as per customers requirement, This limpet coil can be made of Mild steel or Stainless steel as per the application of the user. The design of Limpet coil can be of two type .i.e. Single start or Double start for heating and cooling as per requirement of customer.

Lenton Assembly contains Bearing Housing with TOP Tapered Roller Bearing for High Accuracy and resistance to impact load & vibratory load and Ball Bearing at the bottom for smooth rotation. Stuffing Box is provided with Jacket for Cooling arrangement to give long life to Gland rope. Gland pusher is provided with Gunmetal Bush Bearing thus ensuring Minimized Friction giving longer life to the Gunmetal Bearing. Bearing Housing and Lenton Assembly are steel Fabricated made from M.S. Plates of suitable strength.

Equipments are tested Hydraulically as per design Pressure.
